Relationship and Sex Therapy
Intimate partnerships provide miraculous opportunities to heal and grow. In relationship therapy, I create a safe space for partners to build a deep and lasting transformation with improved communication, mutual empathy, and a renewed (or new) intimacy. We will discover your relationship superpowers and find safety in the kind of vulnerability that leads to the deeper and more connected relationship you're longing for. the Ultimately, couples therapy not only helps to interrupt and prevent cycles of conflict, but it also strengthens the underlying emotional bond. My approach is integrative and includes Love Made Simple (grounded in somatics), experiential techniques, mind-body awareness, Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy (grounded in attachment theory), and intuition. As we unpeel the layers that are preventing a deeper understanding of what is beneath the challenges, a more powerful and thriving connection emerges. I am direct, compassionate, relational, poly-friendly, trauma-informed, LGBTQ allied, and spiritual. I have a special interest in supporting the tension and fears of ethical non-monogomy and polyamorous relationships that create an inner system of masking in the name of societal acceptance.
